Consumptive Disorders

Dear Invading Ill,

Why did I even put “dear” prior to your name?

You are not dear at all; you are everything opposite of dear

You are selfish because you invaded her body and could not support yourself

Without using her as a host

You are insecure because you smile now after snatching her smile away

You will not admit it, but you are a sad fellow

Making her sad probably gave you some company

You are shameless because you drank from her tears

I hope your stomach is full now

I hope your stomach is full after assuring

That her stomach remains empty although everything she once

Loved to eat is still here in my household

It is nothing new to see you prove your dominance to her

Every time she hesitates to eat her fear foods

You are powerful, and everyone know that

You are not willing to leave her mind just as

You are not willing to leave her body

We can see it when she stays up all night because

You don’t feel like sleeping or

We can see it when she yells at herself

And feels guilty about it afterwards

We can see your dominance when

She thinks her life is no longer worth it

Whereas, her life is more precious than anyone else for us

Congratulations, you were successful in joining our family uninvited

But perhaps, you had no loved one to teach you how manner less that is

Because you are evil, no one can love you

But she is not evil, she is an angel

Even after listening to such hurtful words of yours

We will not stop loving her, and we will not stop hating you

You must die miserably, but she must live happily

And she will

Even though you may block her mind right now

As we continue searching for your lock together

We will open your door and unblock the passage

And then we will kill you

Do not think you accomplished much during your stay here

By taking away some percentage of our smiles

Because clearly, we all still have some percentage remaining

Her, them, me, all of our companions

And the amount of life, smiles, secrets, fun, togetherness

That we have hidden under our sleeves, in our pockets

This amount is unpredictable by you

She may appear to be the turtle in this race

But similar to the famous story of wise morality

She is the determined winner
